Job Title: Receptionist

Remuneration: € 26 223 – € 45 090

Requirement:

Twelve years of schooling, 3 years’ experience in professional security services and reception duties.  

The candidate must be able to speak and write French and English. The candidate must have knowledge of France (and French culture) and Paris. The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence. Non-French candidates must have a relevant and valid permit allowing them to stay and work in France.

Duties:

• Provide administration services to the Embassy;
• Provide reception duties to the Embassy;
• Attend to the general enquiries of the Embassy (emails and telephone);
• Provide ad-hoc services in response to the organisational requirements;
