Job Title: Messenger driver
Remuneration: € 21 449 – € 37 442
Requirements
Minimum Seven years of schooling and 1-year related experience.
The candidate must be able to speak and write French and English. The candidate must be computer literate. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills, be able to work with diverse people and positively represent the Embassy and South Africa. Non-French candidates must have a relevant and valid permit allowing them to stay and work in France. The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
Duties:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Render courier services for the Embassy.
Assist with administrative duties of the Embassy.
Provide ad-hoc services in response to the organisational requirements.

Requirements
A Minimum of 8 years schooling and 3 years’ appropriate experience in the related field of work. A higher qualification and more experience will serve as an advantage.
The candidate must be able to speak, read and write French and English fluently. The candidate must be computer literate. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills, be able to work with diverse people and positively represent the Embassy and South Africa. Non-French candidates must have a valid relevant and valid permit allowing them to stay and work in France.
Job specific competencies
Ability to perform 90% of tasks unsupervised, store keeping and administration skills, physical fitness.
Additional knowledge
Carpentry, plumbing, electricity, painting, waterproofing, gardening and general building skills.

Requirements
Relevant post-school qualification, accounting background and 5 years’ experience in the related field of work.
The candidate must have accounting background, understanding of the French Social Security system and be willing to constantly update themselves with the latest policies. The candidate must be able to speak, read and write French and English fluently. The candidate must be computer literate. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills, be able to work with diverse people and positively represent the Embassy and South Africa. Duties
Prepare payments.
Prepare Monthly Expenditure Reports.
Monitor expenditure and implement internal controls.
Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation and reporting.
Prepare 6 monthly and annual expenditure report.
Manage the payroll system.
Provide administrative support relevant to the finance section of the Embassy.
Provide ad-hoc services in response to the organisational requirements.

CLEANER
Job Title: Cleaner

Requirements:
Minimum Five years of schooling, 2 years’ experience in cleaning an office environment.
The candidate must have basic knowledge of cleaning products and be able to operate cleaning machines. The candidate must have knowledge of efficient methods used in office cleaning and be able to work with minimum supervision. The candidate must be able to speak and write French and English. The candidate must have knowledge of France (and French culture) and Paris. Non-French candidates must have a relevant permit allowing them to stay and work in France.
Duties:
Provide cleaning services in and around the Embassy building (including being able to operate different cleaning machines)
Manage the cleaning material stock including the replenishing thereof;
Manage and maintain cleaning equipment;
Prepare refreshments for office functions;
Provide ad-hoc services in response to the organisational requirements;
